GETMANN fasteners are made of cold-formed steel. All forming stages take place using moulds manufactured by GETMANN. After cold forming, the threads are formed by rolling.
Due to the subsequent heat treatment and the precise hardening process of the material, GETMANN wheel rim fasteners have a strength class of 8.8 and 10.9. Following these processes, a thorough quality check of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
