This parameter is always measured from the end of the taper (marked R in the figure) even if the working part is not threaded to the embedment itself.
Description
The M14x1.25x28mm wheel rim bolt is made from cold-formed steel. All forming steps are carried out using moulds produced in-house by Farad. After cold forming, the threads are created by rolling.
Through subsequent heat treatment and a precise material hardening process, the Farad wheel rim bolt has a strength class of 10.9. After these processes are completed, a thorough quality control of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
