Note: In order to correctly select the length of the bolt, it is necessary to be guided by the parameter working length (L), which is also called thread length. This parameter is always measured from the end of the cone even if the working part is not threaded to the embedment itself.
Description
M12x1.25x24mm wheel rim bolts are made from cold-formed steel. All forming steps are carried out using moulds produced in-house by Farad. After cold forming, the threads are created by rolling.
Thanks to the subsequent heat treatment and the precise hardening process of the material, the Farad wheel rim bolt has a strength class of 10.9. Once these processes are completed, a thorough quality control of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
