FARAD has been manufacturing anti-theft systems for more than 40 years. Its customers include more than 25 major automotive brands, including Audi, Seat, BMW, Skoda, Volkswagen and Alfa Romeo.
FARAD's security bolts are manufactured in accordance with ISO/TS, IATF standards and are also approved by the Thatcham World Test Centre. With a hardened alloy steel thread, more than 400 intricate groove patterns, a bolt strength class of 10.9, FARAD anti-theft systems provide the best protection for steel and aluminium wheels.
One of the main advantages of FARAD security bolts over similar products from other manufacturers is the reinforced groove pattern elements, which resist both careless and over-tightening.
Each set includes a key (an adapter between the security bolt and a normal key) that can withstand a torque of up to 400 N/m, which is four times the tightening torque of the wheel bolts (80-120 N/m). If lost, it is possible to order a new key specifically for your groove pattern.

The only way to dismantle anti-theft systems without a suitable key is to contact a car workshop. However, even in this case, disassembly can take 2 to 4 hours, as the FARAD FLOWERLOCK screws are made of hardened steel, which is resistant to mechanical stress (breaking, cutting, drilling).
