FARAD has been manufacturing anti-theft systems for more than 40 years. Its customers include more than 25 major automotive brands, including Audi, Seat, BMW, Skoda, Volkswagen and Alfa Romeo.
FARAD's security bolts are manufactured in accordance with ISO/TS, IATF standards and are also approved by the Thatcham World Test Centre. With a hardened alloy steel thread, more than 400 intricate groove patterns, a bolt strength class of 10.9, FARAD anti-theft systems provide the best protection for steel and aluminium wheels.
One of the main advantages of FARAD's security screws over similar products from other manufacturers is the reinforced groove pattern elements, which resist both careless and over-tightening.
For convenience and safety, the set includes 2 spanners (adapters between the security bolt and a normal spanner) that can withstand a torque of up to 400 N/m, which is four times the tightening torque of the wheel bolts (80-120 N/m). If lost, it is possible to order a new key specifically for your groove pattern.
