Returns
and Exchanges
Each customer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason. Detailed conditions for withdrawal from the sales agreement are available in our Store Terms and Conditions. Below you will find two simple steps to complete the return process.
How to return a product?

How to exchange a product?
If you wish to exchange a product, simply return it following the steps above and place a new order in the store.
This way, the new item will reach you faster. We do not offer the option to transfer funds between orders.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it has been approved, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
If the payment was made online (e.g., BLIK, credit card, electronic transfer), the refund will be processed using the same method.
For payments made via traditional bank transfer or cash on delivery, the refund will be issued to the bank account provided in the return form.
