FARAD has been manufacturing anti-theft systems for over 40 years. Its customers include over 25 major automotive brands, including Audi, Seat, BMW, Skoda, Volkswagen and Alfa Romeo.
FARAD security bolts are manufactured in accordance with ISO/TS and IATF standards and have been approved by the Thatcham Research Centre. With a hardened alloy steel thread, over 400 complex groove patterns and a bolt strength class of 10.9, FARAD anti-theft systems provide the best protection for steel and aluminium rims.
One of the main advantages of FARAD security bolts compared to similar products from other manufacturers is the reinforced groove pattern, which is resistant to both careless and excessive tightening.
For convenience and safety, the set includes 2 keys (adapters between the security bolt and a regular key) that can withstand a torque of up to 400 N/m, which is four times more than the torque required to tighten the bolts to the wheels (80-120 N/m). If lost, it is possible to order a new wrench specifically for your groove pattern.

FARAD STARLOCK is the latest technology for preventing wheel theft. FARAD M12x1.5x29mm STARLOCK anti-theft bolts are approved by leading global car manufacturers and available for all types of vehicles.
The set consists of 4 security bolts and 2 keys with an exclusive groove pattern. The hardened head cannot be unscrewed without the appropriate key. The heat-treated metal of the bolts is resistant to shearing/breaking attempts, and the reinforced additional rotating sleeve and low position of the bolt inside the rim prevent theft using improvised tools (wrench/adjustable wrench, pliers, etc.).
Even in a workshop, removing FARAD STARLOCK bolts without the appropriate wrench takes 2 to 4 hours, which is the best guarantee of your car's security. At the same time, thanks to the automatic centring system, the process of unscrewing or tightening FARAD STARLOCK bolts is as simple as possible and takes only a few minutes.
