The M12x1.5x28mm wheel rim nut is made of cold-formed steel. All moulding steps are carried out using moulds produced in-house by Ellis. After cold forming, the threads are created by rolling.
Thanks to the subsequent heat treatment and the precise hardening process of the material, Ellis wheel rim nuts have a strength class of 10. After these processes, a thorough quality control of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
Ellis wheel rim accessories are manufactured in Italy in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 management standards. Total control of the production line guarantees exceptional attention to detail at all stages of production.
