The M12x1.5x28mm wheel nuts are made of cold-formed steel. All forming stages are carried out using moulds manufactured in-house by Ellis. After cold forming, the threads are created by rolling.
Thanks to subsequent heat treatment and a precise hardening process, Ellis wheel nuts have a strength class of 10. After these processes are completed, a thorough quality control of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
Ellis wheel fastening accessories are manufactured in Italy in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 management standards. Total control over the production line guarantees exceptional attention to detail at all stages of production.
