The M12x1.5x28mm wheel rim nut is made from cold-formed steel. All moulding steps are carried out using moulds produced in-house by Ellis. After cold forming, the threads are created by rolling.
Thanks to the subsequent heat treatment and the precise hardening process of the material, the Ellis wheel rim nut has a strength class of 10. Once these processes are completed, a thorough quality check of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
Ellis wheel rim attachment accessories are manufactured in Italy in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 management standards. Total control over the production line guarantees exceptional attention to detail at all stages of production.
