The M12x1.5x30mm wheel rim nut is made from cold-formed steel. All forming stages are carried out using moulds produced in-house by Ellis. After cold forming, the threads are created by rolling.
Thanks to the subsequent heat treatment and the precise hardening process of the material, Ellis wheel rim nuts have a strength class of 10. Once these processes are completed, a thorough quality check of the threads, structure, dimensions and shape is carried out.
